It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected and peaceful passing of
our beloved Sarath on the 3rd of October 2023, at his residence in Stavanger, Norway.
Sarath
, the son of late Mr. and Mrs. Marianayagam, was the cherished husband of
Antonet Bamini and the dearly loved brother of Gemma, Rita, Jeremy, Marcus, Cyril, and
Edith. He was the son in law of the late Mr. & Mrs. Manuelpillai and the respected
brother in law of Anthony, Kumar, Elin, Kumudini, Hilde, Øystein, Navaratnarajah ,
Sharmala and Suresh. Sarath also leaves behind a multitude of nephews, nieces, and
other beloved family members and friends.
The funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, the 12th of October 2023, at 10:00 at St.
Svithun’s Catholic Church in Stavanger. Friends and family are invited to join us in paying
our last respects.
A viewing for friends and family will also be held on Friday, the 6th of October 2023, at
16:00 18:00 at the Chapel, Stavanger Universitetssykehus (SUS)
